Returns & Exchanges:
All items may be returned within 7 days (UK) 14 days (worldwide) for a refund/exchange on the item’s value and must not be worn (other than tried on.)
Simply send us an email at email@example.com and we will instruct you of the return procedure.
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we will reimburse the full cost of return postage as well as the original product cost.
Non – faulty items:
If you have changed your mind and are within the timeframe, we will reimburse the full cost of the original product cost. Postage costs for exchanges and refunds of non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned lingerie must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all its labels and tags.
Please note that we are only able to exchange for the same item in a different size/colour. It may not be possible to exchange for another item.
Due to the delicate nature of hosiery, we are unable to exchange or refund any stockings or tights once they have been opened. If you have opened your stockings or tights and are not happy with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
