Services & TimeFrames
We endeavour to post all orders within 24 hours and even the same day if possible, although during promotional periods it can get a bit hectic.Â
Domestically for a standard home delivery service, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 days).  For those who prefer a collection point service, we also offer Yodel local store pick-up.Â
For the rest of the world, we use Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. Delivery times depend on the destination and customs procedures.
Europe typically takes 4-5 working days, whilst elsewhere can take 5-10 days.
customs & VAT
Non-UK parcels may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in their final destination. This may incur additional charges for customs clearance which must be paid by the buyer.
Whatliesbeneath.me has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. However, as part of the Royal Mail service to the USA, customs is pre-paid before shipment to ease and speed the clearance process.

All orders are sent in recyclable bags that are plain, opaque & discreet.Â
There is no mention of the shop or site on the parcel. i
