In general standard Australian orders are normally delivered within 2-3 days, and 1-2 days for Express. International orders can take anywhere from 5-7 days depending on the zone. This is obviously reliant on the postal systems in all relevant countries.

Please contact us BEFORE any returns are sent. Changes of mind, wrong sizes and faulty items can all be returned under certain restrictions.
You can return any item as long it still has the original tags ATTACHED and has the original packaging.
Hosiery items can be returned only if they have NOT BEEN WORN nor OPENED.

Only safe gateways are used for our site and we have the required SSL Cerificate. (Secure Sockets Layer – an encryption-based Internet security protocol)
We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from:

• unlawful destruction or accidental loss
When you create an account on our website we do not store any information about you until you make a purchase or sign-up. Your name, address, telephone number and email address will be collected and stored in our records.
This information will be used to process and fulfil your order and to send you emails from us. We will not store any of your payment details apart from the method of payment eg “Paypal” or “credit card” and the cost paid. We never see your credit card details as they are entered straight into the safe credit card gateway of Paypal or Stripe.
We do not use cookies to store personal data beyond the limit of a browser session. Nor do we link non-personal information stored in cookies with personal data about specific individuals.
Anonymous access: You can simply browse our site without logging into or creating an account without disclosing your personal data.
