If you already have your own branding, logo in (.AI, .PDF) format, we can sign off quickly and begin the manufacturing process and this will take 2-3 weeks from order to delivering.

If you do not have the required artwork, don’t worry you can send us your designs and we can create and sign off the artwork before manufacturing & delivery, then takes 2-3 weeks from signoff to delivery.

On all Personalised Custom Designs, WLBM manufactures between 40-50 of your own personal branding on our machines,  we hold them in our vault so when you order again just simply tell us you want your own previous branding.

Remember , your first personalised custom design includes free pairs as part of the package.

All you pay next time is the cost of the hosiery plus shipping for previous designs.

No, we only personalise our own top european hosiery with our Signature, we inspect all our own hosiery making sure it’s to the highest standard. This way we can guarantee the quality process from start to finish, similar to the old ways of first quality and second quality.

Yes, you can buy up to 5 of your own personal branding/logo/text per item (Stockings/Holdups/Pantyhose) and tell us exactly where you want us to put them.

i.e. Both Ankles, Both Stockings/holdups Tops/ Back and Front of the Pantyhose, the decision is yours. Just tell us in the Order Notes on Checkout.

The standard offering from WLBM is the hosiery is packaged in white hosiery cartons (the same style & shape as normal hosiery packaging)  that will allow for personal branding/logo/text sticker’s of your own to be added on delivery. Alternatively our Black and Red Retro Signature is available if you prefer the WLBM packaging.

Our premium service for wholesale customers with more than 50 pairs ordered, allows for a personal branded hosiery carton to be designed and manufactured , this will be discussed , agreed, signed off and attracts additional costs.

For postage we offer Royal Mail, Yodel & Fedex/DHL/UPS (Larger Worldwide orders).

We do not offer refunds on Signature for  ‘Custom’ made products, our terms and conditions (Section 20) clearly state that once we have manufactured your order, they cannot be returned for a refund unless they are seriously flawed. Each item is hand checked by our quality team before it is finally packaged and dispatched with QC stickers on every item.
