Postage varies depending on item weight and quantity, delivery location and the service chosen. Your check out basket will display your postal choices, their exact prices and show if you are eligible for free postage.

You can chose between Royal Mail Tracked 48, Special (next-day) Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm or International Tracked services.

Only your postal details and our return post box address are displayed on our delivery satchels or envelopes. We do not display our trademark nor company name anywhere on the outside packaging.

VAT is included in the price for all UK orders
If you live outside the UK there is a small chance you may be required to pay import duty when the parcel is delivered. That will be collected locally by your postman.

We aim to write the value on the parcel as low as possible to reduce import duties costs for our customers.

We endeavour to post all orders within 24 hours and even the same day if possible. For UK deliveries, Royal Mail Tracked 48 takes from 2-3 days and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm is the next day.

International orders can take anywhere from 5-10 days depending on the zone. This is obviously reliant on the postal systems and customs in all relevant countries.

Please contact us BEFORE any returns are sent. Changes of mind, wrong sizes and faulty items can all be returned under certain restrictions.
You can return any item as long it still has the original tags ATTACHED and has the original packaging.
Hosiery items can be returned only if they have NOT been worn.

Only safe gateways are used for our site and we have the required SSL Cerificate. (Secure Sockets Layer – an encryption-based Internet security protocol)

We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from:

• unauthorised modification
• unlawful destruction or accidental loss

When you create an account on our website we do not store any information about you until you make a purchase or sign-up. Your name, address, telephone number and email address will be collected and stored in our records.
This information will only be used to process and fulfil your order and to send you emails.

We do not store any of your payment details apart from the method of payment eg credit card and the cost paid. We never see your credit card details as they are entered straight into Stripe’s safe credit card gateway.

We do not use cookies to store personal data beyond the limit of a browser session. Nor do we link non-personal information stored in cookies with personal data about specific individuals.

Anonymous access: You can simply browse our site without logging into or creating an account and without disclosing your personal data.
